




Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation and presentation of Peruvian cuisine or fried dishes, ensuring proper operation and product preservation within the kitchen area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the preparation and presentation of specific culinary dishes 2. Actively participate in the preservation and storage of merchandise 3. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and supplies **Vacancies by Area:** 1 Hot Kitchen (Peruvian cuisine) 1 Fried Foods **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure smooth kitchen operations under the supervision of the Head Chef. * Prepare specific dishes assigned to their station, with special attention to presentation and plating of requested items. * Participate in the preservation and storage of merchandise within their area. * Perform dish preparation, seasoning, and presentation using appropriate techniques. * Assist with ordering and preserving raw materials and kitchen supplies. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and supplies, reporting any issues immediately. * Control and ensure proper preservation and utilization of assigned products. * Perform general cleaning of the work area **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience in Creole cuisine * Availability to work from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM * Day off: 1 day per week (Monday to Thursday) * MYPE payroll registration * Must reside in nearby districts Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
