Job Summary: We are seeking a Counter staff member for customer service, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience, with responsibilities including food preparation and strategic customer guidance. Strategic guidance to customers in selecting food items. **Counter / Customer Service** A service-sector company is looking for a **Counter** staff member to provide direct customer service, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience at the service point, for our location at **BACKUS CUSCO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in customer service or sales (preferred). * Excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication, and customer orientation. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Availability for **fixed shifts** (12 pm to 9 pm), **Monday through Sunday**, with one rotating day off. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration. * Positive work environment and growth opportunities. * Bi-weekly payments. * Meal coverage. * Family allowance (if applicable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and supply of desserts, sauces, salads, soft drinks, etc. * Verification of tableware and utensils prior to service opening. * Cleaning of tables, counters, juicers, etc., before service begins. * Setup of hot and cold food lines, verifying the condition of finished products ready for serving. * Providing strategic guidance to customers in selecting their food items. * Adhering to customer service protocols to ensure customer satisfaction. * Other duties assigned by management.
