Positive work environment **Job Description** We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented individual to join our team at the **San Juan de Miraflores** branch. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, advising customers on purchasing our products, and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. Additionally, you will support daily store operations, ensuring the proper functioning of the establishment. **Responsibilities** * Provide courteous and personalized customer service. * Advise customers on product sales and current promotions. * Process payments for products using various payment methods. * Maintain store order, cleanliness, and proper product display. * Restock merchandise and assist with inventory control. * Participate in merchandise receiving as required. * Support store opening and closing procedures, verifying proper facility operation. * Comply with internal company procedures and policies. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles (preferred). * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. * Availability to work at the **San Juan de Miraflores** branch. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 8 PM (overtime pay provided). **We Offer** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll (50% of all statutory benefits). * Market-competitive remuneration. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Ongoing training.
