A reputable Piura-based company specializing in bakery and pastry production is looking for a Customer Service Agent who meets the following professional profile: RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks \- Verify inventory of product list and pricing \- Manage product codes for sales and proper classification \- Check expiration dates and label products prior to sale \- Prepare various products featured on the menu \- Daily and biweekly inventory tracking of incoming and outgoing products, tableware, and utensils \- Cash register opening and closing \- System verification and loading of posts for use \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 6 months of experience in this position. (MANDATORY) \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Strong service attitude, effective communication skills, and customer orientation. \- Ability to work effectively in a team.
