REQUIREMENTS \- Completed secondary education. \- Availability to work rotating shifts in Surco or San Isidro. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Washing all materials and tools used during service (tableware, utensils, pots, wok, containers, and kitchen areas) \- Responsible for general cleaning of their work area and kitchen space \- Collaborate with the entire restaurant team, and perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor.
