In this role, you will have the chance to: * Be passionate about apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories, contributing to achieving or exceeding the store's sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will be: * Create a pleasant, clean, and comfortable environment for customers on the sales floor, and ensure products are always available to customers. * Know the specific features and prices of the store's products. * Meet or exceed customer expectations and improve sales and brand experience by applying the brand's established customer service model. * Collaborate productively and respectfully with other team members to achieve or exceed store objectives. * Carry out cleaning tasks according to the schedule planned with the store team. Requirements for the Role: * Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience in fashion, footwear and/or accessories, textiles. * Availability to work 48 hours per week, with rotating shifts. * Strong customer service orientation.
