Job Summary: PALTARUMI S.A.C. is seeking an Electrician for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and installations, and assistance in assembly and repair of electrical systems. At ***PALTARUMI S.A.C.***, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of ***ELECTRICIAN.*** **Requirements** * Electrical Technician or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or similar positions. * Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and basic mechanics. * Experience repairing electrical and electromechanical equipment. * Availability to work at the plant under a 14x7 work schedule in Paramonga \- Barranca. **Responsibilities** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and installations. * Assist in assembly, repair, and installation of electrical systems. * Inspect tools and equipment, reporting malfunctions or unsafe conditions. * Support operations in substations, electrical networks, and transmission/distribution systems. * Perform cleaning, preparation, and operational support for electrical work. * Comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and SSO procedures. **Benefits:** * Full company coverage of meals and accommodation. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, and vacation). * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Profit-sharing based on production performance. * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law). * Birthday leave. * Only commuting assistance from Barranca to the plant.
