The high season is about to begin, and we want you to join the team of **La Casa de Alberto El Paisita – Surco Branch**. **Location:** Av. El Polo 812, Santiago de Surco **Salary:** S/ 1,200 to S/ 1,400 **Individual tips per zone:** * Visa (weekly payments) * Cash and Yape (daily payments) **Employment Type:** Full-time What We Are Looking For: * Service orientation and excellent customer service skills. * Minimum 1 year of waiter experience, preferably in seafood restaurants. * Ability to advise customers and proactively generate sales. * Strong communication skills, teamwork, and positive attitude. * Immediate and full-time availability. Main Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area and service zones. * Prepare mise en place before shift starts. * Greet and serve customers courteously. * Inquire about possible allergies or dietary restrictions. * Take orders, serve food, and process payments. * Recommend menu items and promote additional sales. * Comply with hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety standards. * Clean and organize the area at the end of the shift. * Actively collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service.
