Tool and material control **General Services – Industrial Plant** At Water Partners Peru, we are looking for a **General Services** professional to ensure the good condition and operational efficiency of our facilities, providing support in minor maintenance, basic repairs, and internal logistical assistance. Main Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective lighting maintenance (bulb, fluorescent tube, and LED panel replacement). * Repair and replacement of electrical outlets, switches, and distribution panels. * Basic plumbing tasks (leak repairs, pipe work, toilets, water traps). * Painting, wall patching, and minor infrastructure repairs. * Locksmith adjustments, lock replacements, and door maintenance. * Office and plant furniture repair, assembly, and maintenance. * Control of tools, materials, and hardware supplies. * Assistance in moving equipment, materials, and tools. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 6 months of experience in building maintenance, general services, or as a construction assistant. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools (drill, angle grinder, basic multimeter).
