Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of infrastructure, machinery, and equipment, coordinating maintenance activities, and performing painting and cleaning tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper functioning of infrastructure, machinery, and equipment. 2. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Perform painting and cleaning tasks. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Experience in industrial plants (desirable). Responsibilities: * Ensure the proper functioning of infrastructure, machinery, and equipment. * Coordinate with supervisors for preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. * Request materials required for assigned tasks in coordination with supervisors. * Perform painting tasks both inside and outside the organization. * Perform cleaning tasks. * Perform sealing work on walls and ceilings. * Carry out other duties delegated by higher management or assigned based on the nature of the position.
