We are seeking a Collections Manager. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. \- Knowledge of financial evaluation of customers. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Prior proven experience in collections management within the wholesale channel or mass consumption sector is preferred. \- Residency in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas (preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Maintain delinquency levels within parameters established by the company. \- Evaluate the solvency of customers applying for credit lines. \- Prepare customer promissory notes. \- Conduct collections activities on the assigned customer portfolio. \- Continuously monitor the portfolio under your responsibility. \- Submit weekly reports on recoverable debt and debt requiring reconciliation. \- Justify reasons for portfolio delinquency to supervisors. \- Ensure proper maintenance of customer files. \- Prepare or submit any information requested by control and audit departments. \- Manage customer portfolio with a focus on effective recovery. \- Continuously follow up on payment commitments. \- Fully goal-oriented. **COMPETENCIES** * Ability to solve emerging problems. * Analytical ability and contribution to results. * Ability to work under pressure. * Moral and ethical integrity. * Honesty. * Leadership. **BENEFITS** Salary: S/. 2,000 – S/. 2,300 Inclusion in MYPE payroll **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. \- 5:30 p.m. / Saturday 8:00 a.m. \- 1:00 p.m. Workplace location: San Juan de Lurigancho (Two blocks from Cesar Vallejo University) Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
