Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems, ensuring their optimal performance. Installation, Operation, Diagnosis, and Repair of Ventilation Systems An enterprise specializing in Mechanical Ventilation and Environmental Control is seeking an **HVAC TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)** for its Surco branch. **Requirements:** Ø • Graduate or certified technician in Air Conditioning, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Refrigeration Ø 1–2 years of experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance of air conditioning or mechanical ventilation equipment Ø Availability to work in Surco (near Ricardo Palma University) and travel across various districts of Lima, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. **Responsibilities:** Ø Maintain HVAC and Air Conditioning systems in operational condition Ø Execute preventive maintenance plans, checklist control, and ensure operational readiness of all air conditioning systems Ø Inspect and guarantee optimal performance of climate control equipment Ø Knowledge of Gas Scrubber or Wet Scrubber design Ø Perform installation, operation, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of ventilation systems Ø Size ductwork pathways and determine HVAC installation locations Ø Support preparation of design basis documents, calculation memoranda, and descriptive reports Ø On-site data collection (measurements of thermal and electrical parameters) Ø Energy and economic savings calculations.
