This is your opportunity to join an exclusive and well-maintained environment. **Work Location:** Country Club – Surco Branch **Position:** Gardener **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in gardening or similar roles. * Knowledge of green space maintenance. * Availability for rotating shifts (once per week). * Responsibility, punctuality, and proactive attitude. * Immediate availability to work in Surco. **Your Responsibilities:** * Maintain gardens, green areas, and landscaping in optimal condition. * Prune, plant, and shape plants, shrubs, and lawns. * Perform manual or automated irrigation according to schedule. * Apply fertilizers, nutrients, and preventive treatments. * Identify plant pests or diseases and take timely action. * Maintain order and cleanliness of assigned tools and areas. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with full statutory benefits from day one. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Job stability and pleasant working atmosphere.
