MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Cleaning and preparing chickens. * Receiving, inspecting, and storing merchandise. * Preparing and assembling salads. * Cooking white rice and chaufa. * Performing **mise en place** for products and supplies. * Maintaining the kitchen area clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Adhering to food handling and storage procedures. * Supporting various kitchen production activities as needed. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in kitchens, restaurants, rotisseries, or similar fields. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively.
