Job Summary: Assists in food preparation, provides customer service at the serving line, and maintains hygiene in the kitchen and storage area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of soups, appetizers, rice, and side dishes. 2. Provide customer service at the serving line and assist in food assembly. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, storage area, and refrigerated and frozen chambers. **Gloria Catering and Services**, a company with over 15 years of experience in collective catering (food concessionaire), recognized with the **Peruvian Company of the Year Award 2022**, is currently seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** for our **Lurín branch.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (certificate required). * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (mandatory). * Availability to work full-time from Monday to Saturday. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in mise en place and in the preparation of soups, appetizers, rice, side dishes, beverages, and other assigned preparations. * Provide customer service at the serving line and assist in food assembly. * Wash and disinfect fruits, vegetables, trays, tableware, and utensils, following established procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, storage area, and refrigerated and frozen chambers. * Monitor and record ingredient consumption, verify shortages, and promptly report available stock levels to the Chef or Administrator for appropriate replenishment. * Support operational activities necessary to ensure efficient and high-quality service. **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day of employment. * 100% covered meals. * Full-time position.
