Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive professional for dish preparation, raw material management, and hygiene maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of dishes according to established recipes 2. Management and control of raw materials 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and disinfection of the area Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of prior experience. * Responsible and proactive attitude. * Receiving, verifying, and weighing raw materials entering the area. * Preparing mise en place. * Compiling daily Kardex records. * Generating requirements for supplies and raw materials via established communication channels. * Performing routine cleaning and disinfection of areas, as well as at the end of work activities. * Preparing dishes according to brand-established recipes. * Preferably residing in areas adjacent to the Los Olivos district.
