We are seeking personnel to fill the position of Kitchen Assistants, available to work split shifts and capable of performing the main duties outlined below: Verify that the supplies requested for daily production match the requirements. Perform mise en place for preparing the dishes of the day. Assist with labeling products and entering them into the corresponding stock ledger. Collaborate in cleaning and organizing workspaces and equipment. Plating and garnishing of requested dishes. Prepare staff meals according to the weekly meal schedule. Formal employment under the General Regime begins on the first day of work, including all labor benefits associated with this regime.
