We are looking for **Kitchen Assistants** for our client **Pan Sal Aire**, a renowned gastronomic restaurant and market that combines quality, creativity, and a unique experience for its customers. If you are proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn and develop in the culinary world, this opportunity is for you! We seek individuals who enjoy teamwork and wish to be part of a dynamic and constantly moving operation. What will be your main responsibilities? * Perform mise en place and prepare ingredients required for daily operations. * Clean, peel, cut, and portion food according to recipes and established procedures. * Check daily stock and assist in inventory control. * Report completed productions and record losses and shrinkage. * Support the kitchen team during peak demand periods. * Maintain the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized. * Comply with the restaurant’s hygiene and sanitation standards. What are we looking for? * Culinary students or individuals with at least 3 months of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of or interest in developing within the culinary industry. * Proactive, dynamic individuals with strong motivation to learn. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, organization, and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday.
