Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and growth-oriented Kitchen/Production Assistant to join our Gastronomic Group, with responsibilities in food preparation, cleaning, and food control. Lunch covered by the restaurant At Grupo La Muralla, we have over 20 years of experience in the gastronomic industry and are looking for a committed individual eager to work and grow, to join our Gastronomic Group. Position: Kitchen/Production Assistant (With or Without Experience) **What Are We Looking For?** * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling standards. * Availability to work afternoon/night shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with one rotating day off) * Availability to work in Central Lima. **What Challenges Await You?** * Washing, disinfecting, cutting, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and requirements. * Reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages identified. * Preparing ingredients and utensils prior to service commencement. * Cooking or pre-preparing dishes and side dishes under supervision. * Verifying product quality and freshness. * Labeling, rotating, and storing food following **FEFO** standards. * Maintaining cleanliness in work areas, utensils, and equipment during and after service. * Complying with food hygiene and handling protocols. * Weighing and reporting losses across various production batches, and completing production records to determine yields per batch. **What Do We Offer?** * Lunch covered by the restaurant. * Training on our brands and products. * Growth opportunities within the gastronomic group.
