We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Lathe Operator**. **What will be your main challenge? (Responsibilities)** * Produce and machine parts and pipes according to provided drawings and technical instructions, ensuring strict quality, productivity, and safety standards. * Manufacture cylindrical, radial, concentric, eccentric parts, and all types of threads within required minimum tolerances. * Continuously verify and inspect measurements before, during, and after machining using precision instruments. * Rectify mechanical components necessary for optimal operation of company equipment. * Mount materials, accessories, and tools on the lathe, verifying correct positioning according to manufacturer guidelines. * Perform auxiliary fitting tasks: polishing, drilling, milling, and creating holes or channels in various materials as required. * Carry out preventive maintenance and basic cleaning of assigned machines to ensure proper functioning. * Prepare periodic reports on assigned tasks and maintain a clean and organized workplace. **What qualifications must you meet? (Profile)** * **Education:** Certified Technician or Graduate in Production Mechanics, Machine Tools, or Maintenance Mechanics. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of verified experience operating conventional lathes in production or industrial maintenance workshops. * **Skills:** Precision, effective communication, ability to work under pressure in an organized, proactive, and problem-solving-oriented manner. **What do we offer?
