We seek university students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields, with excellent written communication skills, a positive attitude, commercial acumen, and strong motivation to learn within a growing premium company. This role combines responsibilities in **customer service, commercial management, and marketing support**, making it ideal for individuals eager to gain real-world experience in client interaction, campaigns, promotions, and commercial processes. **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** Lince District **Schedule:** 30 hours per week (Some flexibility offered to final-year students) Monday to Saturday: 8:30am \- 3:15pm / 11:45am \- 6:30pm (45-min break \- rotating Saturdays) ***Minimum Contract Duration: 6 months*** **Start Date:** Immediate **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled university student in Marketing (from 8th semester onward) * Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, and consumer experience. * Excellent writing, spelling, communication, and typing skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and ability to quickly learn management software. * Service-oriented mindset, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. * Availability to work on-site in Lince. * Must reside in neighboring districts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, providing clear, prompt, and courteous information. * Generate quotations and process order inquiries using our sales software. * Support planning and coordination of pickup and delivery routes using specialized software. * Assist in database management, customer follow-up, and loyalty initiatives. * Support marketing activities, commercial campaigns, and promotions. **Benefits:** * Internship completion certificate. * Possibility of internship agreement or academic credit validation. * Ongoing training in areas related to the position. * Opportunity to learn within a growing premium company. **How to Apply:** Answer the screening questions and attach your updated CV.
