At **Master Kong**, a restaurant specializing in Oriental cuisine, we are currently seeking **Kitchen Assistants** for our locations in **Pueblo Libre and Jesus Maria**. Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation and production following brand recipes and standards. * Perform mise en place, setup, cutting, and portioning of ingredients. * Provide support across various kitchen stations (production, frying, steaming, stir-frying, wok, and chaufa). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and supply of the workstation. * Comply with quality standards, food safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Assist in plating dishes and closing kitchen operations. Requirements * Minimum of **6 months** experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in similar roles within restaurants. * Culinary studies preferred but not mandatory. * Availability to work rotating shifts (opening, midday, and closing). * Availability to work at **Pueblo Libre and/or Jesus Maria** locations, as required by operational needs. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, commitment, and ability to work effectively in a team.
