Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with experience in roller door maintenance and welding for inspection, diagnosis, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, electrical and safety maintenance, and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance of roller doors 2. Skills in inspection, diagnosis, and repair 3. Knowledge of welding for repairs and joints MINGECO INGENIERIA SAC requires personnel with experience in ROLLER DOOR MAINTENANCE\-WELDING to perform the following duties. * **Inspection and Diagnosis:** * Conduct visual inspections to detect wear, deformation, or loose parts in the drum, slats, guides, and boxes. * Test door operation to verify proper opening and closing and appropriate sensor response. * Check spring tension and cable tension. * Identify the root cause of problems or malfunctions. * **Cleaning:** * Remove dirt, dust, grease, and debris from guides, slats, and other mechanisms. * Clean sensors to ensure proper operation. * **Lubrication:** * Lubricate shafts, bearings, and springs for smooth movement. * Use specific lubricants (not generic ones such as cooking oil) on moving parts, including guides and rollers. * **Adjustments:** * Adjust spring tension and limit switch travel on motorized doors. * Align guides and correct misalignments. * Tighten nuts and bolts that may have loosened. * **Electrical and Safety Maintenance:** * Verify motor, control panel, and electrical connection functionality. * Confirm proper operation of anti\-crush safety systems (e.g., photoelectric cells). * **Repairs:** * Perform minor repairs using hand and power tools. * Weld components as needed for repair or joining.
