Fieldwork involving installations and technical support **Motorized Installation Technician – Claro Hogar \| Metropolitan Lima** We are currently recruiting **Motorized Installation Technicians** to join our **Claro Hogar** operations team in Metropolitan Lima. We seek responsible, committed individuals available for fieldwork. **Prior experience in telecommunications is not required**, as the company provides in-person technical training, certification, and ongoing mentoring throughout the training process. The position requires a **mechanical motorcycle and valid documentation**. The motorcycle may be registered under the applicant’s name or that of a third party, provided appropriate documentation authorizing its use is presented. Main Responsibilities: * Perform installations and technical support for **Claro Hogar Internet, TV, and telephone services**. * Travel to customers’ homes using the declared motorcycle for operations. * Attend daily service assignments from the Operations department. * Comply with standards for **quality, safety, and customer service**. * Complete approximately **2 to 4 daily service visits**, depending on complexity, location, and productivity. Benefits and Income: * **Base salary:** S/ 1,300\. * **Attendance bonus:** S/ 300\. * **Productivity bonus:** S/ 800 to S/ 1,500\. * **Motorcycle usage allowance:** S/ 700 monthly for fuel and maintenance. * **Onboarding bonus:** S/ 900 total, disbursed as S/ 300 per month for the first three months. * **Estimated monthly income:** between **S/ 3,100 and S/ 4,000**, depending on performance and achievement of objectives. * **Formal payroll from day one**, including applicable statutory labor benefits. Essential Requirements: * Possession of a **mechanical motorcycle**. * Valid vehicle registration document; may be under the applicant’s name or a third party’s, provided authorized usage is verified. * **Valid driver’s license**. * **Valid SOAT (compulsory auto insurance)**. * Valid national ID (DNI). * Availability for fieldwork. * Availability for **immediate onboarding**. Work Schedule: * Work from **Monday to Sunday**. * **One rotating rest day per week**. * Reference working hours: **9:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m.**, subject to daily Operations scheduling. * Routes and services are assigned daily based on coverage and operational needs. Training: Training is conducted **in person at the Operations Base located in Villa El Salvador**. * **No prior telecommunications experience:** 15 to 30 days. * **With prior telecommunications experience:** 7 to 10 days. * Training hours: **8:30 a. m. to 5:30 p. m.** * Technical training accompanied by **certification**. * During the **first week**, lunch is provided by the company. Upon successful completion of training, the employee will be assigned to an operational zone according to company requirements. Start of Operations: After completing training, the technician may begin activities directly from **their home or assigned location/group**, traveling to scheduled service visits along the route established by Operations. Attendance will be recorded via the **authorized corporate application**, starting from the beginning of the workday. **Important:** The mention of vehicle assignment (car) in this information refers to another operational modality. For the **Motorized Installation Technician** position, the employee performs duties using their **own motorcycle or a duly authorized third-party motorcycle**, receiving S/700 monthly for its use.
