Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service, order taking, table service, basic preparation, and cash handling in a café. Key Highlights: 1. Main Job Responsibilities * **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly, guide them to their tables, and present the menu. * **Order Taking:** Accurately record food and beverage orders using the café's system. * **Table Service:** Serve coffee, desserts, and meals promptly, cleanly, and with an excellent attitude. * **Basic Preparation:** Assist at the counter with simple tasks such as portioning cakes or preparing basic juices when necessary. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain tables, the counter, and the service area immaculate before, during, and after each shift. * **Cash Handling:** Process cash or card payments and issue receipts or invoices correctly. * **Product Rotation:** Ensure desserts and display case items are fresh and well-presented. Suggested Requirements for the Posting * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in cafés, restaurants, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). * **Skills:** Assertive communication, teamwork, proactivity, and high tolerance for working under pressure. * **Availability:** Rotating shifts (morning/afternoon) according to the café’s needs.
