We are a small restaurant where teamwork is our key strength. We seek a person capable of covering various operational areas, adapting to the needs of each shift and the restaurant’s flow. **Job Objective** Ensure the restaurant operates correctly during your shift by assuming the required operational role and maintaining operational continuity. You will be responsible for supporting different areas as needed and covering any vacant or understaffed positions, while upholding the business’s standards of quality, service, hygiene, and efficiency. It is essential that you already understand the pace of a busy service and how a restaurant flows. * **Versatile and multifunctional profile:** We seek someone capable of taking on various responsibilities. This does not mean doing everything simultaneously, but rather having the ability to cover either the dining room or kitchen area depending on the schedule and service needs. * **Positive attitude:** We need someone quick-thinking, alert, able to solve problems instantly, and maintain order throughout the day. * **Sense of responsibility:** Someone who treats our business as if it were their own, maintaining quality and service standards across any area assigned. * **Availability:** Availability to work in Miraflores, near Kennedy Park, until 11 PM. **What Is the Work Like?** Your role is dynamic and adaptable: * **During service:** Customer service, order taking, dining room management, and payment processing. * **In operations:** Kitchen support, plating, and preparation of ingredients. * **In management:** Maintaining premises order, inventory control, delivery dispatch, and incident management. *The goal is for you to confidently perform across different areas according to shift requirements and restaurant demand, always ensuring an impeccable experience for our customers.* **Requirements** * Experience in small restaurants, cafés, or food-service businesses. * Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including customer service, cashier duties, kitchen work, delivery, and cleaning procedures. * **Practical knowledge and experience in kitchen operations**, including basic food preparation, equipment handling, workstation organization, good food-handling practices, and production support when operationally required.
