Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced offset machine operator to prepare, operate, and maintain printing presses, ensuring print quality and color accuracy according to specifications, performing adjustments and troubleshooting. At SALMON CORP., we require (1) offset machine operator with technical skills to **prepare, operate, and maintain offset printing presses**, ensuring quality, registration, and color accuracy per specifications, as well as performing adjustments, troubleshooting, and adhering to safety standards—working with plates, inks, and paper to produce high-quality printed materials. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic, publishing, packaging, or related industries. * Technical training in arts or graphic production. * Courses in operating printing machinery. **Responsibilities:** * Expose film positives, develop, and dry printing plates. * Verify that CTP files and film positives match the production order. * Produce samples of the requested material for final approval. * Submit the first printed sample to the Head of Production and Operations for approval. * Perform necessary adjustments to achieve the required color and finish. * Continuously inspect printed materials. * Request replacement of CTP files and film positives as needed. * Perform daily cleaning of the printing press. * Store materials properly after completing tasks to ensure appropriate preservation. * Comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System (IMS); report nonconformities and incidents related to quality management and printing process safety affecting the organization; and contribute to continuous improvement of the system. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * Professional development.
