





At SALMON CORP., we require one (1) offset press operator with technical skills to **set up, operate, and maintain offset printing presses**, ensuring quality, registration, and color accuracy according to specifications, as well as performing adjustments, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety standards—working with plates, inks, and paper to produce high-quality printed materials. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic industries, publishing, packaging, etc. * Technical training in graphic arts or graphic production. * Training courses in operating printing machinery. **Responsibilities:** * Expose film positives, develop, and dry printing plates. * Verify that CTP files and film positives comply with the production order. * Produce samples of the requested material for final approval. * Submit the first printed sample to the Head of Production and Operations for approval. * Perform necessary adjustments to achieve the required color and finish. * Continuously inspect printed materials. * Request replacement of CTP files and film positives when needed. * Perform daily cleaning of the printing press. * Store materials properly after completing tasks to ensure appropriate preservation. * Comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System (IMS); report nonconformities and incidents related to quality management and printing process safety affecting the organization; and contribute to the continuous improvement of the system. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under Peru’s MYPE regime from day one. * Professional development.
