Job Summary: Production operator responsible for product packaging, labeling, and boxing, verifying quality and maintaining area order. Key Highlights: 1. Supply materials and report incidents RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform product packaging, labeling, and boxing according to established procedures. * Verify that products meet quality standards before and after packaging. * Check expiration dates, batch numbers, and production codes. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (compliance with GMP or internal standards). * Supply production line materials (containers, caps, labels, boxes, etc.). * Report malfunctions, defective products, or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable work experience (with employment certificate) in production or warehouse/logistics roles as an operator/assistant/helper in industrial plants. * Availability for rotating shifts (fixed day off on Sundays). Weekly rotation. * Three shifts available: Morning (6:30 AM to 3:15 PM), Afternoon (1:30 PM to 10:15 PM), and Night (10:00 PM to 6:45 AM). Note: Each shift consists of 8 working hours plus 45 minutes for meal break. * Availability to work in Huachipa. Address: Calle Laureles 127 HUACHIPA \- PLANTA CBC BENEFITS: * Full payroll under the General Regime from Day 1 (15 salaries per year) * Fixed salary: S/ 1,400 soles. * Mobility Bonus: S/ 130 per month * Performance Bonus: S/ 100 per month * Additional benefit: Meals provided on-site during working hours (lunch or dinner) \+ Overtime (if operationally required) * Family Allowance of S/ 113 (if you have children under 18 years old) * Biweekly payments (50% mid-month and 50% at month-end \+ mobility bonus \+ family allowance) Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,630\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
