Job Summary: We are seeking a Painter Operator to carry out painting work on warehouse infrastructure, including surface preparation and application of paint on interiors and exteriors. Compliance with quality standards for finishes **PERSONNEL REQUIREMENT: PAINTER OPERATOR – LURÍN WAREHOUSE** We require the hiring of a **Painter Operator** to perform painting work on the warehouse infrastructure located in the district of Lurín. **Main Responsibilities:** * Surface preparation (sanding, cleaning, filling, and repairing walls and metal structures). * Application of paint on interiors and exteriors (latex, enamel, epoxy, or others as per technical specifications). * Proper use of painting tools such as rollers, brushes, airless spray guns, or compressors. * Protection of adjacent areas (taping, covering with plastic sheets, etc.). * Compliance with quality standards for finishes. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area at the end of each shift. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in painting work on construction sites or industrial warehouses. * Knowledge of paint types and surface preparation techniques. * Basic proficiency in using painting tools. * Experience working at heights is desirable. * Commitment to safety regulations (mandatory use of PPE). **Service Conditions:** * Work location: **Warehouse in Lurín – Lima**. * Work modality: On-site. * Duration: As per project schedule. * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork will be valued.
