Your main responsibilities in the workshop: \* Assist directly in baking our cakes. \* Support cake and bite-sized treat decoration with a positive attitude and steady hand. \* Prepare daily mise en place to ensure the morning work proceeds perfectly. \* Maintain impeccable order and cleanliness in our workshop (we know a clean kitchen is the secret to the finest desserts). What we’re looking for in you: \* Prior pastry training preferred. \* Minimum 6 months’ experience as a pastry/bakery assistant. \* Highly organized and responsible individual, mindful of time and resources. \* Strong eagerness to learn, listen, and refine your techniques with us.
