Botica MelyFarma is a company dedicated to the distribution of medical supplies, hospital consumables, and laboratory equipment. We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. We seek a responsible, proactive, and committed individual with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver courteous and efficient customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling direct counter sales, responding to inquiries and orders via WhatsApp and email, assisting with product dispatch, and maintaining order and cleanliness in their assigned work area—ensuring quality service and smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include in-store customer service and sales, managing digital orders, dispatching goods, maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned area, and supporting other related tasks as assigned. Requirements: * Certified or recently graduated Pharmacy Technician. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of medical supplies, hospital consumables, and laboratory equipment. * Customer orientation and communication skills. * Responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team.
