Job Summary: Olivia, a rapidly expanding foodservice company, is seeking a responsible and proactive Pizzero to prepare pizzas and maintain the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in recipe development and improvement. 2. Maintain order, hygiene, and cleanliness of the work area. 3. Teamwork and proactivity. We are Olivia, a foodservice company currently undergoing expansion; therefore, we are seeking top talent to fill our **Pizzero** vacancy. **REQUIREMENTS:** · 2 years of experience as a pizzeria assistant or 1 year as a pizzero (mandatory). · Knowledge of BPM. **SKILLS:** · Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. · Proactive, creative, and team-oriented attitude. · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to work under pressure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Stock the work area prior to shift commencement. · Inventory all products entering, stored within, and exiting the work area. · Maintain order, hygiene, and cleanliness of the work area. · Prepare scheduled pizzas for the day. · Follow established recipes to fulfill orders accurately. · Adhere to waste allowance limits and record waste honestly and transparently. · Assist in developing new recipes or improving existing ones. · Inspect and safeguard the integrity of equipment assigned to the area.
