Opportunity to develop within the food industry **Plant Operator** We are hiring 200 PRODUCTION OPERATORS for our SAUSAGE PROCESSING PLANT located in SANTA MARIA \- HUACHO **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed primary education. Valid or expired DNI with proof of renewal application. Possession of CUL (Certijoven or Certiadulto). Availability to work rotating shifts and perform overtime. Willingness to work in cold (low-temperature) and hot (high-temperature) environments. Residence in nearby areas. Experience preferred but not required (minimum 3 months desirable). For rehires, must have been outside the company for at least 2 months (subject to verification). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Stacking and unloading of crates. Hanging, cleaning, sorting, cutting, and filleting chicken. Assisting with breading and marinating processes. Supporting operations in slaughter, cutting, filleting, subsequent processing, and sanitation. Assisting with product weighing. Labeling, marking, and boxing packaged or bagged products. Verifying compliance with established quality parameters. Providing support to plant machine operators. Performing cleaning and disinfection of work areas. Other duties related to the assigned area. **SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** Rotating Shifts: * Day Shift: Approximate start time 5:00 a.m. * Night Shift: Approximate start time 11:00 p.m. Work schedule: Monday through Saturday. Fixed day off: Sundays. During peak production seasons, daily working hours range from 10 to 14 hours. **WE OFFER:** Base salary: S/. 1,130\. Paid overtime (approximate average: S/ 500\). Overtime bonus: Approximately S/ 100.
