Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible production operator to verify raw materials, monitor the mixing process, generate reports, and maintain machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Professional growth and skill development **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Minimum experience: 6 months in similar positions. * Male only. * Age between 22 and 35 years. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Surco, Barranco, Chorrillos, SJM, or VMT. **Responsibilities:** * Adhere to the schedule provided by planning. * Receive raw materials and verify that weights are correct. * Verify input and output products during mixing. * Provide production reports for mixing lines. * Perform machine cleaning tasks according to instructions. * Carry out other duties within their competencies as assigned by their immediate supervisor. * Determine when preventive maintenance and machine cleaning tasks should be performed, based on equipment usage and condition. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * Full meal coverage provided by the company. * Productivity bonus. * Overtime pay. * Pleasant work environment. * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * A dynamic, collaborative, and open-to-new-ideas work environment. * Organizational culture grounded in our core values: CREATE (Commitment, Responsibility, Innovative Spirit, Adaptability, and Respect).
