Therefore, we are seeking highly motivated talent eager to learn and join our team at **GRUPO LA CARBONERA E.I.R.L.** **PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or basic technical studies (preferably in metal-mechanics or related fields). * Basic knowledge of metal-mechanics (preferred). * With or without experience. * Willingness to learn and develop within the field. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Support the finishing process of metal-mechanical products. * Perform cleaning, polishing, and conditioning of parts. * Assist in basic production tasks as directed by the supervisor. * Support the handling and organization of materials and products. * Visually inspect parts (finish, cleanliness, basic details). * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Comply with proper use of PPE on-site. * Support other assigned operational tasks.
