Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and responsible Production Operators to join our ceramic plant production process, supporting cleaning, loading, receiving, and stacking of components. Support in maintaining order and cleanliness in the production area **We are hiring Production Operators\- Ceramic Plant** We seek dynamic, responsible individuals eager to work as a team and integrate into our production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and loading of ceramic bases. * Receiving bases from the furnace exit table. * Receiving components from cutting machines. * Stacking of ceramic components. * Assembling pallets for goods dispatch. * Supporting order and cleanliness in the production area. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (general regime). * Base salary \+ piece-rate pay. * 100% transportation coverage on the Cusco (Enaco) – Cachimayo route. **Important:** This position is not recommended for individuals with dust allergies or spinal conditions due to the inherent nature of the work.
