Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive sales promoter (restocker) to strengthen our disposable products brand by managing points of sale and monitoring the market. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company dedicated to the importation and commercialization of disposable products, with a solid track record and continuous expansion. Currently, we are looking for a committed and proactive sales promoter (restocker) who wishes to join our team and contribute to strengthening and positioning our brand in the market. Main Responsibilities * Conduct scheduled visits according to the assigned schedule and territory. * Install advertising materials (POP) and display fixtures at points of sale. * Promote the brand and present our product portfolio to potential customers. * Identify opportunities for improvement at points of sale and propose actions to increase product visibility and turnover. * Manage and negotiate additional display space to ensure adequate brand presence and compliance with the planogram. * Monitor and report on competitors' activities, including product launches, promotions, and commercial strategies. * Prepare detailed reports of visits and activities carried out. Requirements * Completed secondary education. Technical studies completed or in progress (desirable). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a merchandiser in the traditional channel, preferably with disposable products or related categories. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Availability to travel to various districts of Lima, as previously coordinated. * Availability to work in La Victoria: Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. / Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Competencies * Effective communication. * Proactivity and initiative. * Customer orientation. * Ability to work in a team.
