Address and resolve customer incidents or complaints. **Job Objective:** Lead the restaurant's overall operations, ensuring service quality, administrative control, compliance with processes, and strong team performance. Main Responsibilities · Supervise daily restaurant operations and verify compliance with quality, cleanliness, safety, and service standards. · Organize and supervise dining room, cashier, and kitchen staff during each shift. · Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and daily merchandise reconciliations. · Manage supply orders according to demand and branch requirements. · Review cash closing reports and daily sales reports. · Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and assist in preparing the pre-payroll. · Train staff, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment. · Promptly address and resolve customer incidents or complaints. · Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and company policies. · Submit management reports and perform other duties assigned by management related to the position. Requirements · Minimum 1 year of experience as a restaurant, rotisserie, or similar business administrator, supervisor, or manager. · Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, cost control, shrinkage, customer service, and personnel management. · Basic or intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word. · Leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. · Availability for full-time, on-site work with rotating shifts.
