Job Summary: We are seeking a Sauce Cook responsible for the sauce station, Mise en Place, and maintaining cleanliness in the assigned work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. In charge of the sauce station 2. Prepare Mise en Place quickly and orderly 3. Maintain cleanliness in the assigned work area We are currently looking for talent to fill the Sauce Cook position at El JADE located in San Borja (Ref: near San Borja Sur train station). Requirements Completed secondary education. * Availability to work at Av. Aviación 2575, San Borja, one block from San Borja Sur station. . Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience Responsibilities In charge of the sauce station * Adhere to the schedule set by the immediate supervisor. * Prepare Mise en Place quickly and orderly . **Maintain cleanliness in the assigned work area.** Benefits **Direct payroll registration with all legal benefits for micro and small enterprises (MYPE), life insurance, SCTR**. 100% covered meals. **Uniform provided.** Salary: S/1600.00 \+ performance bonuses (up to S/300.00\) Split shift from Monday to Friday \- continuous shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
