Job Summary: Kumara Foods is seeking a committed and responsible Sanitation Operator to ensure hygiene and maintenance at its industrial plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement the hygiene plan in common and operational areas. 2. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and uniforms. 3. We are currently seeking committed and responsible talent to join our industrial plant in **CHORRILLOS.** **Position Profile: Sanitation Operator** * **Education Level:** Completed secondary education (mandatory). * **Training:** Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the HACCP system. * **Minimum Experience:** 6 months in cleaning, sanitation, or maintenance roles within industrial plants, food manufacturing facilities, or mass-consumption product factories. Knowledge and Training (Additional Studies) * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Basic knowledge of the **HACCP** system and industrial hygiene. * Safe handling of disinfectants and chemical cleaning agents. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * **Cleaning and Disinfection:** Implement the hygiene plan in common areas (cafeteria, restrooms, changing rooms), operational areas, and external zones of the plant. * **Chemical and Uniform Control:** Manage inventory of cleaning supplies (including their MSDS sheets) and coordinate uniform distribution/laundry services. * **Pest Control:** Support and verify execution of the pest control program in coordination with Quality. * **GMP and Food Safety:** Inspect overall order and cleanliness, and report any quality, safety, or maintenance-related deviations. WORK SCHEDULE * **Monday to Friday:** 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. (managed internally within the department) Salary: S/.1,100.00 \- S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
