Shot Blasting Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shot Blasting Operator skilled in metal surface preparation and industrial machinery operation, responsible for operating and maintaining shot blasting equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate shot blasting machine and prepare metal parts. 2. Perform visual inspection and basic equipment maintenance. 3. Strictly comply with safety regulations and PPE usage. Duties: Operate the shot blasting machine according to established procedures. Prepare and load metal parts into the shot blasting equipment. Verify that treated surfaces meet required cleanliness standards. Conduct visual inspections of parts before and after the process. Monitor proper equipment operation and report malfunctions or anomalies. Perform cleaning and basic maintenance on assigned equipment. Strictly comply with safety regulations and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage. Requirements: Completed secondary education or basic technical training (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in shot blasting or metal surface preparation processes. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery operation. Mobility bonus offered: S/200\.00 Willingness to work onsite.
