Our mission is to create safe and productive workplaces through risk prevention and continuous improvement. **Available Position:** **FIELD SUPERVISOR (Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree Candidate)** We are seeking a proactive, field-leadership professional to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site the proper execution of finishing works, including cleaning, screeding, and painting. * Verify compliance with quality standards, established deadlines, and technical specifications for assigned tasks. * Coordinate with operational staff and the site resident to ensure appropriate on-site activity execution. * Report daily work progress and promptly communicate any incidents identified. * Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to construction supervision. **Requirements** * **Graduate or student of Architecture**. * **Graduate or student of Construction Technology** or related fields. * Experience or knowledge in **supervision of finishing works** (cleaning, screeding, painting). * **Immediate availability** for on-site work supervision. * Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and meet established deadlines.
