




Job Summary: Coordinate cleaning and organization of all kitchen areas, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment and effective waste management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for cleaning and organizing kitchen areas 2. Ensures proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment 3. Comprehensive waste management and event preparation **Job Mission:** Reports to and receives instructions from the Steward Supervisor; must coordinate with the team to maintain cleanliness and order in all kitchen areas **Responsibilities:** * Monitors proper use of machines in their section. * Always keeps detergents and necessary products for operating machines in their area. * Washes tableware, pots, pans, hoods, etc. * Uses assigned machines correctly. * Is responsible for proper maintenance of machines and thorough cleaning of their station. * Performs daily cleaning of kitchen floors and facilities. * Assists in preparing banquet halls for events when required. * Collects waste and garbage generated in kitchens, dining rooms, and cafeterias. * Stores and processes collected garbage. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
