We are a fashion retail company operating under the brand Pepuño (IG: @pepuno.men). We are currently recruiting young professionals aged 18–30 for CUSTOMER SERVICE positions at a clothing store in Gamarra. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 months of work experience in sales, product promotion, and customer service. * Sales closing skills. * Basic Office software proficiency. * Availability to work from store opening to closing. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Promote and execute garment sales in physical and/or online stores, following established procedures. * Inspect, receive, and steam products. * Monitor and prevent potential theft or shoplifting. * Manage inventory and restocking. * Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and perform other related duties. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Sundays: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with weekday breaks) * Employment type: Full-time. * Compensation: Base salary + commissions.
