DISHWASHERS - WAITERS WITH EXPERIENCE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare cutlery, glasses, plates, trays and other necessary utensils, and wash and sanitize utensils, tools, cutlery, trays and others, ensuring they are clean and free of cleaning product residues. * Attend to and process customer requests for products and services, and ensure cash flow management according to the minimum operational basis established by the Company. * Clean and disinfect the hot and cold service line before and after each meal. * Clean and organize the dining room before and after each meal. * Monitor inventories and maintain the condition of assigned tableware and utensils in the dining room. * Deliver plates and trays during service hours, dispose of leftovers, and take out the garbage. * Support in the dining room during service times and/or perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor or designated representative of AMERICAN CATERING S.A.C. on their behalf.
