Responsibilities * Serve and advise customers in person and through digital channels (WhatsApp, TikTok, and social media). * Identify customer needs and offer the best solution based on our product portfolio. * Follow up with potential customers and sales opportunities. * Prepare quotations, record orders, and manage related documentation. * Achieve company-established sales targets. * Maintain store display, organization, and cleanliness. * Assist with daily cash closing and document control. * Deliver high-quality service to foster customer loyalty. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred). * Excellent communication, empathy, and service orientation. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and WhatsApp Business. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork. * Availability to work onsite in **Los Olivos**. * Age between **18 and 30 years** (as specified by the company’s profile).
