Active participation in inventory control **Job Description** We are looking for a dynamic, proactive Warehouse Assistant with a strong sense of organization to join our logistics team. Your primary objective will be to ensure the correct flow of goods, maintaining order, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy to guarantee operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Receipt and Dispatch:** Assist in loading, unloading, and verifying goods (physical vs. documentation). * **Storage and Organization:** Classify, locate, and organize products on racks or designated zones according to company criteria. * **Inventory Control:** Actively participate in cyclic and general inventory counts. * **Order Preparation (Picking and Packing):** Accurately assemble and pack orders for subsequent distribution. * **Area Maintenance:** Keep the warehouse clean and organized, strictly and mandatorily complying with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education or ongoing/unfinished technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum \[6 months / 1 year] of experience in similar roles (warehouses, distribution centers, or depots). * **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of Excel * **Physical Condition:** Ability to perform moderate physical effort (lifting and moving goods). * **Competencies:** High sense of responsibility, teamwork, honesty, and attention to detail. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from day one \[Bonuses, CTS, vacation, AFP/EsSalud insurance]. * Competitive market-aligned salary: \[Specify salary range, e.g., S/. 1,130 \- S/. 1,300]. * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with one day off * **Work Location:** Av.
