Job Summary: Mav Sports is seeking a creative and dynamic audiovisual content creator and editor to produce videos and photographs, and collaborate on brand content development. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of audiovisual content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. 2. Product and sports lifestyle photography. 3. Collaboration with the Marketing team on content strategy. At Mav Sports, we are passionate about sports and work to outfit amateur teams and companies with the best uniforms. We are looking for a creative and dynamic talent to help us convey the quality and energy of our brand, and who will also collaborate on developing content for our founder’s personal brand. **What will be your mission?** * Recording and editing videos in both **vertical format** (primarily for Reels, TikTok, and Stories) and **horizontal format** (to feed our YouTube and Facebook channels). * Creating and editing audiovisual content for the brand owner’s personal account, adapting to her communication style and objectives. * Product and sports lifestyle photography. * Proposing creative ideas and trending formats, and collaborating with the Marketing lead to plan the content calendar for both accounts. **What profile are we looking for?** * Proven experience in video recording and editing. * Intermediate-level proficiency in editing tools: CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or other tools commonly used for video and image creation and editing. * Versatility to adapt editing style to Mav Sports’ commercial tone and to the more personal/closely relatable tone of the brand owner’s personal account. * Strong visual judgment: keen eye for lighting, composition, and dynamic transitions. * Proactivity in directing small-scale recording sessions. * **Mandatory:** Submit a portfolio or "reel" showcasing previous work. **Position Details** * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho, near the Santa Rosa train station. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day. * **Compensation:** S/ 1200 per month. **How to Apply?** Send your CV and portfolio to the email **mavspor.oficial@gmail.com** or via WhatsApp **913 841 999**, with the subject line: **Audiovisual Content Creator/Editor \- Mav Sport**.
