Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager for a swimwear brand, responsible for creating, monitoring, and analyzing digital content for social media. Key Highlights: 1. Multimedia content creation and editing (photos, videos) 2. Social media management and digital marketing strategies 3. Agility in producing trending content (Reels, TikTok) We are a swimwear and aquatic sports accessories brand with over 10 years in the market, and we are currently seeking new personnel for the position of Community Manager. Requirements: * Age between 18 and 29 years. * Graduate in Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, or related fields. * Creative, responsible, proactive, productive, and effective individual. * Knowledge of content creation, video editing, photo shoots, and video recording. * Prior knowledge and experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of photography. * Agility in producing and posting trending content. * Familiarity with, understanding of, and ability to execute the latest Reels and TikTok trends. * Knowledge of digital platforms. * Proficiency in design tools (intermediate\-advanced level): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc. (Mandatory) * Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms. Responsibilities and Activities: * Content planning. * Content creation. * Supporting the development of marketing and advertising strategies. * Video recording in studio and on-location for advertising campaigns. * Photo shoots in studio and on-location for advertising campaigns. * Uploading content to social media. * Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data across social media. * Conducting market research to inform content creation based on such data. * Managing and engaging with social media accounts and communities. * Measuring social media positioning results to apply appropriate content strategies.
